The aims and objectives of AMYO include:

• Propagating the peaceful message of Islam
• Promoting universal brotherhood between believers of all faith.
• To train and educate her members in true Islamic ways inculcating in them the following attributes

- Love of Allah and The Holy Prophet Muhammad (May the peace and blessings of Allah be on him)
- The spirit of serving Islam, country and humanity and strive for their welfare

MEMBERSHIP: Membership of the Organisation is restricted to male members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at between the ages of 7 and 40.

ADMINISTRATION: EXECUTIVES: NATIONAL EXECUTIVES: The Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya operates an administrative framework that has as its head the National President (Sadr) who leads and directs all her activities. A National Executive body (Amila Mulk) whose members handle various departments assists the National President. Each departmental head at the National level is called a Muhtamim.

STATE EXECUTIVES: Majlis Khuddamul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria has branches in Twenty (20) State capitals in Nigeria. The state branches are headed by state Presidents (Qaid Ilaqa) who co-ordinates the activities of the State Executive Council (Amila Ilaqa). The State executives’ co-ordinates different departments of the Organisation at the State branch. Each department at the State level is headed by an officer called Nazim.

DISTRICT EXECUTIVES: States where Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya has large members is divided into district (Dil’a) comprising of various Local Governments-for Administrative convenience. A Divisional President (Qaid Dil’a) heads each Division.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT EXECUTIVES: AMYO has Local Government Branches. Local Government Presidents (Qaid Muqami) head the local Government Branches.

ZONAL EXECUTIVES: Some Local Governments are divided into zones for Administrative convenience Zonal Heads (Zaim) head the Zones. The activities of the Organization are always carried out in all sections of AMYO.
