Sehat-e-Jismani team is geared towards improving the physical fitness of Khuddam. The department encourages Khuddam to participate in sports clubs and facilities it runs.
Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih II (ra) initiated the Tehrik-e-Jadid scheme under divine inspiration and guidance on 23rd November 1934.
The Tarbiyyat department works to support Khuddam in training themselves to develop high spiritual calibre and strong moral fibre. By driving initiatives such as holding congregational prayers at local salaat centres, it inculcates an atmosphere of team brotherhood so Khuddam can support and motivate each other in spiritual self-development.
In obedience to Huzoor’s [aba] wish that we should all embrace the institution of Wasiyyat, the tarbiyyat team has also undertaken a consistent awareness campaign. This includes encouraging Khuddam to read the Promised Messiah’s [as] book Al-Wasiyyat and to join the scheme.
In addition, this year the Tarbiyyat department has held national forums focussing on aspects of tarbiyyat such as the importance of marriage and elucidating the points of integrating into fast moving society without compromising one’s faith.
The Tarbiyyat team also provides new Ahmadis with education and training to promote ongoing spiritual and moral progression.
The primary role of the Tabligh department is to engage Khuddam in Tabligh activities; in order to spread the message of Islam and bring new members into the fold of Islam.

It is essential to realise that the task at hand is more spiritual then mechanical, hence all need to focus on prayers throughout the process.
In addition, it is important to realise that Tabligh is the responsibility of each and every Ahmadi. Even by employing righteous conduct at school, university or place of work, the peace–loving message of Islam is being spread by example.
To enable Khuddam to do direct Tabligh more efficiently, many training classes are organised to help refresh religious and theological knowledge-though recognising effectiveness in Tabligh is far more reliant on prayers than individual knowledge. To encourage Khuddam to engage the public about the true message of Islam, various leaflet distribution sessions are also organised.
Personal one–to–one discussions are inevitable with those who inculcate an interest in Islam and the local Nazmeen–e–Tabligh help to co–ordinate meetings and remind Khuddam to regularly follow up contacts and requests for information.
In a nutshell, the Khidmat-e-Khalq team enables our Khuddam to serve Mankind; particularly those in need.
Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya was founded by Hazrat Mirza Bashiruddin Mahmud Ahmad, Khalifatul-Masih II [ra] . His love for the youth is very evident in the awe– inspiring personal example he lead. It is related that Huzoor [ra] used to present himself for Waqar–e–Amal, that he used to arrive, take off his turban, and then with his own hands dig some earth, collect it in a basket and carry it to the appropriate place.
Literally, the “Dignity of Labour” the work performed during sessions of Waqare–e–Aml are saturated with blessings and this department aims to give all Khuddam a chance to partake of them.
In addition, a large part of the manpower required for the annual preparations for the Jalsa Salana and MKAN National Khuddam Ijtema is co–ordinated through the Waqar–e–Aml department.
As the census department of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, the Tajneed team maintains accurate and up to date contact details for all Khuddam and Atfal in the Nigeria.
History tells us that Hazrat Umar [ra_ho] was the first among the khulafa to conduct a nationwide census. In his wisdom he knew that with an ever expanding ummah there had to be an element of planning.
Ensuring all details are kept current is a multi–faceted challenge and the team employs various channels to ensure the accuracy of the Tajneed. From registering Khuddam and Atfal at events and giving them the opportunity to update their details to collecting updates through the Qaideen and Nazimeen–e–Tajneed.
The primary aim of keeping accurate details is to enable Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya to inform all its members about upcoming events and communicate latest news and important information.
The Sanat-o-Tijarat (Trade and Industry) department is responsible for encouraging Khuddam to learn skills, crafts and trades.
Majlis Atfal-ul Ahmadiyya is the organisation within Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya which caters for all Atfal (boys aged between 7 and 15 years) in the country
It is the role of the Isha’at (Publications) department to inform Khuddam about the aims of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Nigeria and to inform them about events both past and future. Isha'at are also responsible for highlighting achievements of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Nigeria to the public.

First and foremost, the Maal (Finance) department aims to educate Khuddam about the spiritual excellence of financial sacrifice. As is evident from the above verse of the Holy Qur’an, progress on the spiritual plane is impossible without sacrificing what is dear to us and hence the Maal department encourages Khuddam to discard an extreme love of wealth. Huzoor [aba] has echoed the importance of this in reforming oneself, advising that Tarbiyyat and Maal are the first most important areas; when these are in place, the others follow.
In addition, the Maal department helps Khuddam to pay their chanda contributions and communicate the prescribed rates as well as coordinating financial matters for Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya.
All Nao Mubain officers’ at Muqami levels should make sure the learning takes place in between Maghrib and Ishai at every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday then on Sunday morning by 10:00am learning should take place.
Activities of the office of the Muhasib Mulk shall principally revolve around the triad of Chanda Drive, Remittance Monitoring and Checking the Books. Specifically, much collaboration is intended with the Naib Sadr’s, Maal and Sanat-o-Tijarat offices. Other offices that may also need to be co-opted shall be involved as situation demands.
