As for the office of d Tarbiyya, we have series of program for the members of the Majlis across the board. However, it is observed that virtually all the Qaideen usually leave the program as scheduled and carry out different things. Hence, we put forward the way we want it to be carried out.
We want the program to be implemented from the Muqami level to Ilaqa level. For instance, the Hazur sermon which is constant at every month should be read to all members at all levels. Somebody should have been informed to read and summarize the Huzur sermon that precedes their meeting and relate it to the members at d meeting. Similarly, the tajnid of the new converts with their data most especially their phone Numbers should be sent to us on monthly basis. The Qaideen should also ensure they write report on d no of d members that are regular with their daily and Juma’a t prayers at d mosque.
Finally, various prayers that are prescribed should also be taught at d meetings.
The Tarbiyyat department works to support Khuddam in training themselves to develop high spiritual calibre and strong moral fibre. By driving initiatives such as holding congregational prayers at local salaat centres, it inculcates an atmosphere of team brotherhood so Khuddam can support and motivate each other in spiritual self-development.
In obedience to Huzoor’s [aba] wish that we should all embrace the institution of Wasiyyat, the tarbiyyat team has also undertaken a consistent awareness campaign. This includes encouraging Khuddam to read the Promised Messiah’s [as] book Al-Wasiyyat and to join the scheme.
In addition, this year the Tarbiyyat department has held national forums focussing on aspects of tarbiyyat such as the importance of marriage and elucidating the points of integrating into fast moving society without compromising one’s faith.
The Tarbiyyat team also provides new Ahmadis with education and training to promote ongoing spiritual and moral progression.
